Westlaw Summer Password Extension

Westlaw will be provided to non-graduating law students participating in a qualifying summer activity:

• Summer Law School Classes
• Law Review or Journal work
• Project for a professor
• Moot Court
• Unpaid/non-profit public interest internship/externship or pro-bono work required for graduation.

Eligible students will need to register through lawschool.westlaw.com for the extension and they must agree that they will use their password for educational purposes. If you have any questions regarding eligibility, please contact your Westlaw Academic Account Manager. Registration will be available in early April.

Westlaw Graduate Password Extension
Graduating students can extend their passwords for bar preparation and will receive 10 hours of Westlaw access during the summer months – 5 hours of access in June and another 5 hours in July.
Eligible students will need to register through lawschool.westlaw.com for the extension. Registration will be available in early April.
Please note: Password extension in no way alters the WestlawRewards membership agreement. WestlawRewards points expire 30 days after graduation.

HeinOnline Enhancement: Top 100 Most-Cited Listings in Law Journal Library

Did you see our recent blog post titled: Most-Cited Authors in HeinOnline – Hein’s ScholarCheck? This month we have added a similar feature to HeinOnline’s Law Journal Library. Now, from inside the collection you will be given the option to browse by Most-Cited.This browse option will list the top 100 cited authors, articles and journals based on Bluebook citation analysis across all of the titles available in HeinOnline. These numbers will be updated monthly.

When you view the top cited articles, we will provide a link to the article and also a list of articles that cited that article.
