A recent edition of CBS Sunday Morning contains a segment on the Pupfish living in the Devils Hole section of Death Valley National Park. A 1976 Supreme Court decision helped protect these fish. The case was Cappaert v. United States. Justice Powell’s file on this case can be read here.
